Welcome to Nestled Inn Cabin. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Booking Agreement

When you complete a reservation, you enter into a rental agreement directly with Nestled Inn Cabin (the "Property Owner"). The total price displayed at checkout includes accommodation, applicable taxes, and any additional fees.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation
  • You must provide accurate personal information and a valid payment method
  • A valid government-issued ID may be required upon check-in
  • The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property

2. Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through our booking platform (Hospitable). By providing payment information, you agree to the following:

  • Full payment or deposit (as specified) is due at the time of booking
  • If paying by credit card, you must be the account holder or an authorized user
  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations if payment cannot be verified
  • Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations

3. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund

Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

4. House Rules & Guest Responsibilities

By staying at Nestled Inn Cabin, you agree to:

  • Comply with all house rules provided at booking and upon arrival
  • Treat the property with care and respect
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 guests
  • Not host parties, events, or commercial activities without prior approval
  • No smoking inside the cabin (smoking permitted on outdoor deck only)
  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval and payment of pet fee
  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM; Check-out time is 11:00 AM
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

You are responsible for the conduct of all members of your party during the stay.

5. Damages & Security

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. By booking, you authorize us to charge your payment method for:

  • Damage to the property, furniture, appliances, or amenities
  • Excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear
  • Missing items
  • Fines resulting from violation of community rules or local ordinances

6. Liability Limitations

Nestled Inn Cabin is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Injuries sustained on the property
  • Service interruptions (internet, cable, utilities) beyond our control
  • Acts of nature, wildlife encounters, or other force majeure events

Guests use all amenities, including the hot tub, at their own risk. Parental supervision is required for children at all times.

7. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to our data collection practices.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
